Salted Caramel and Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
There is just something wonderful about a warm, gooey oatmeal chocolate chip cookie. This recipe is one of our longtime family favorites. Last year, I discovered Hershey Salted Caramel chips, and they took this recipe from great to AMAZING. When my kids were little, I didn’t spend much time shopping for myself. Trying to keep kids calm while I looked, taking them into a dressing room, and then having to make a quick decision on an item was just not enjoyable. As a busy mom of older kids, I still don’t like to spend time looking at racks of clothes and trying things on in a dressing room.
