July 2018 Stitch Fix Review

Thanks to the busyness of summer, all of my reviews from the past few months are getting posted together.  😀 Lots of cute clothes to look through, and several items that will work for your Fall wardrobe too! Links to June and August are at the bottom of this post.

Not familiar with Stitch Fix?  Check out my post-Finding Style with Stitch Fix to read about how it works.  I joined Stitch Fix in March 2017.  I love getting a box of new clothes and being able to try them on in the comfort of my home. With Stitch Fix, you can mix and match with items you already own and try new styles.  Keep what you want and send back anything you don’t (with free shipping both ways). There is no minimum purchase, and you can choose how often you want to receive a fix (automatically ship every 1-3 months or manually choose a date).  I love getting clothes that fit great and look fabulous without a lot of effort.

What I Kept

When I first peeked at this Fix, I thought I would keep most of it.  After trying everything on, I decided to keep this black skirt.  I liked the fabric and knew that it would be a versatile skirt that I could pair with several different tops.

What I Returned

I loved the color and design of this top and was sure I would keep it when I peeked.  After trying it on, I wasn’t fond of how the knot on the front looked.  Back it went!  The capris were again from my May Fix  (seriously LOVE those capris!)

This was a cute top and was definitely my style.  It did have a criss-cross design on the back that you can see on the style card.  The criss-cross was a little low on the back for me, so I decided not to keep it.

These pink capri pants were very cute.  The fit was a little off for me, and they were beyond my budget for this month.

And finally, I liked the navy top when I peek beforehand, but I didn’t really love the design of it when I tried it on.  I didn’t mind the mixed fabrics used, but the way the navy fabric hung over the floral on the front seemed off to me.

Overall, another great Fix.  I loved trying different things, and my stylist is great to give me options to try.  I am totally ok with only keeping 1/5 because I know I will get a lot of wear from keeping items I love.   If you would like to learn more about Stitch Fix, check out my post-Finding Style with Stitch Fix or check out the Stitch Fix website.  For more Stitch Fix style ideas, check out my Pinterest style boards.
