Last fall, my daughter was begging me to make rice crispy treats. They are not my favorite dessert, but I am always happy to make something my kids’ request. After a pantry search yielded very expired Rice Crispies (gross!), we looked at what else would work. We had a box of Oreo O’s, so we decided to give them a try. Super easy and so good!
