My husband Josh has always had a difficult time finding business clothes that fit him. He has an athletic build with broad, muscular shoulders and a trim waistline. Shirts that fit him in the shoulders are usually baggy around the middle. It was actually his idea to join Stitch Fix first. He learned about it from a co-worker and has been very happy with the service. Everything he has tried from Stitch Fix has fit him well, and he has been able to build a professional wardrobe of clothes that he likes.
In his first few fixes, he received shirts and other items like pants, belts, and shoes. One of the benefits of Stitch Fix is that you can request if you need certain items in your fixes. Josh started to request only shirts in his fixes a few months ago because that is really what he was interested in receiving. Now that he has plenty of shirt choices, he is starting to look at other items.
What He Kept
In this Fix, Josh got four business shirts and a pair of jeans. The color of this shirt was different from his other shirts and it looked really nice on him, so it was a keeper.
What He Returned
This brown shirt almost made the cut to be kept. Josh really liked that it was different, but my daughter and I agreed that the hidden buttons looked a little strange. After considering it for a couple days, Josh decided to send it back.
Although the colors of these two shirts were nice, Josh didn’t care for the plaid print of either one. He also has similar shirts like the blue one, so both of them went back.
This was the second time Josh has gotten jeans from Stitch Fix. He wasn’t happy with the fit or the price, so he returned them.
